Port Neville is located on the Coastal mainland just North of Kelsey Bay. This inlet affords excellent shelter from the Western gales that frequent the Johnson Strait . There is a public wharf that is well maintained however is restricted by the depth (2 metre) on the inside of the wharf. The current in the channel is quite strong. There are no public services of facilities ashore.
Grizzly Bears and Black bears can often be seen in the area.
