Penny & Dave Pittman – owners of a Beneteau 34

It is with pleasure that I comment on our experience with Nanaimo Yacht Charters. We have been sail boat owners for close to 30 years and it was time to purchase a newer, more modern boat for our comfort in retirement years. We have always been interested in Beneteaus so we treated ourselves to a charter with Nanaimo Yacht Charters on a Beneteau in their fleet. We were very impressed with the condition of the boat and the professional approach to their charter operation. After our successful charter experience, we made a decision to buy a newer and more modern boat as planned, but to put it into charter with NYC. This allowed us the comfort and confidence that our investment would be professionally maintained, as well as generate some revenue until a time when our circumstances changed.

We are entering our second season with NYC and we are thrilled with our decision. We know now from personal experience that our Beneteau is being professionally maintained, proper and routine maintenance is taking place and our boat is in pristine condition anytime we want to use it. We have since chartered twice in the British Virgin Islands since we started our agreement with NYC and NYC operations compared more favorably all around then our BVI experience.  Although it was a good experience, NYC is just a notch above.
