I have known Shari and Ian MacPherson for 10 years, having first met them when they operated Sunsail Canada in Coal Harbour in Vancouver. I was so impressed with their attention to detail, their insistence on everything being right, the commitment to customer satisfaction and the work ethic of everyone involved in their business, that I purchased a boat and put it in their fleet.

When they purchased Nanaimo Yacht Charters I was approached by Ian and asked if I wished to continue chartering my boat through their business and without giving it a moment’s thought I said yes. Shari and Ian and Lorraine run a professional organization, no detail is too small to ensure customer satisfaction.
