There are several different options for you to choose from, if all you’re looking for is either an introduction to cruising or if you want to learn without completing a full, in depth course!   Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC) For Canadian Citizens, it is required for you to hold a PCOC when operating a power-driven pleasure craft, regardless of size or your age. Here at Nanaimo Yacht Charters & Sailing School, our charter guests are from all over the world! This past season, we had the pleasure of welcoming Bob and Isabel Joce to our Charter Base.
