Five of us took a bareboat charter with "Enchanted" from Nanaimo Yacht Charters for a week in June 2018. From start to finish, it was a professional and pleasant experience. Ian and Beth were obviously knowledgable and experienced and this gave us the comfort that everything would be taken care of. The crew on the dock also went out of their way to help us get aboard quickly.
Like others who have posted on this site, we have chartered in the past from another charter company on the Island and have to say this experience was better.
Horrible customer service skills over the phone. Maybe the woman was having a bad morning but no reason to scare off a potential customer.
Our family had an amazing time chartering from Nanaimo Yacht Charters. Both Ian and Beth were professional, courteous, timely, throughout, kind and amazing to deal with. This was our first bareboat charter and our power boat "Scorpio" was meticulously clean, well documented and had more than everything we needed to enjoy the Gulf Islands. They made us feel at ease and were just a phone call away if we needed anything. I would highly recommend!
