Basic Sail (CYA) or Capable Crew (ISPA) cruise & learn

 NO PREREQUISITE
Learn to cruise in five days.  The course objective is to be able to cruise safely in familiar waters as both skipper and crew of a SAILING YACHT up to 10 meters in moderate wind and sea conditions by day.

Preboard Sunday evening (between 5 and 7pm) for a boat orientation.  Course begins on Monday.

The vessels used for instruction are sail boats in the 30-35 foot range. Wheel steering and roller furling are standard. You will be staying on the yacht for the duration of the course. The course includes accommodation, meals from Monday to Friday and bedding if required. 
On successful completion of the course, students will earn the CYA Basic Cruising certification or the ISPA Capable Crew certification.

No prerequisite.
